We think we have the best customers in the world! You are kind to each other. You are patient. Thank you for your business and continued referrals - we appreciate all of you! For a great shopping experience, please remember:

We do not sell early unless we specify on the sale information. Every now and then we have a sale where the only way we can create enough space is to pre-sale some items. We will ALWAYS advertise when we are doing this.
No early birds. No exceptions!
On the morning of the sale at 8:00 a.m., we will hand out numbers according to the order of people in line.
We must control the number of shoppers in the house at one
time. The size of the house, the layout, and client wishes all
affect the number of shoppers we allow to enter at one time.

Forms of payment: we accept cash and credit/debit cards
(American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and checks
with proper identification.
Unless you have a valid resale license on file with us, we must
charge AL sales tax on all purchases.
Please be respectful of neighbors. Pay attention to where
you park and do not block mailboxes or driveways.
Please bring your own bags. We try to keep a supply of bags
and boxes but sometimes we run low or run completely out.
Remember what Maxine says, "We would love to help you
load but we're just li'l old ladies." Please bring help for large items.
No pets or animals of any kind.
No food or drink.
All sales are final - due to the nature of estate sales, we cannot
accept returns.
